How does online reloading work technically?
Our website is connected to the computers/servers of the ski resorts that offer online reloading.
When you enter the number of a Passe Montagne Card (01-XXXX...) while purchasing a ski pass, after payment confirmation your card number is sent to the resort’s central computer.
On the day you go skiing, the gates at the chairlift and gondola entrances read your card number via RFID (contactless) technology, as long as you keep your card in one of your left-side pockets (jacket or pants). These gates are directly connected to the resort’s central computer.
