Why was my payment declined?
The main reasons for a declined payment are: 3D Secure not validated or page closed too quickly, incorrect card number, or exceeding your payment limit.
Most of the time, the payment is declined because the customer closes the page too quickly after validating the 3D Secure.
When you validate the 3D Secure and your bank confirms it, you must wait until the system automatically redirects you back to our website to finalize the order. If you close the bank’s page immediately, our website will not receive the confirmation and the order will be declined.
