Loss or theft of the Card

If you lose your card during a ski day or trip, you must go to the resort ticket office. In other cases, you will need to purchase a new card.

f your card is lost during the day or your stay, we cannot provide a refund for ski passes. You must report the loss at the resort’s sales points and provide the following documents:

  • Proof of ski pass purchase (Passe Montagne order confirmation)

  • The number of the lost Passe Montagne card (01-16147133...)


Service fees: For any request to issue a new ski pass, resorts may charge between €2 and €10 per card.
