Can I cancel a ski pass?

Please note that, according to Article L 121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the sale of transport tickets (including ski passes) is not subject to the right of withdrawal provided for distance selling.

We can grant the cancellation of your ski pass under these conditions:

• Up to the day before your first ski day: Free of charge, no conditions

• On the same day before 10 a.m.: 20% penalty

You must submit your request by email; the date and time of the email will be considered proof: Contact form

💡 Tip: Buy your ski passes on our website or mobile app the same morning you plan to ski, once you are sure you’re going.
