How can I know if a skier is subscribed or not?
In your customer account, you can view the full list of your skiers, whether they are subscribed or not.
In your customer account, go to the Skiers tab to see all your skiers.
Under each name, you will find the status "Subscribed" or "Not subscribed."
If the skier is marked as "Not subscribed," you will need to purchase a membership for them: Membership.
