How do I cancel automatic renewal?

On October 1st each year, your Passe Montagne subscription is automatically renewed with a 50% discount starting from your second season.

You can request the cancellation of automatic renewal directly from your customer account.

Go to your account: next to each contract, a "Cancelled" button is available. Click it to prevent the contract from being renewed on October 1st.

⚠️ Please note: this action is final. Once the button is activated, it cannot be undone.

If you later decide you'd like a subscription for the season after all, you'll need to purchase a new one at the first-year rate (i.e. without the additional -50% loyalty benefit).
