Is ski touring covered by the insurance?
Our ski insurance covers ski touring if the rescue is carried out by the resort’s ski patrol.
Ski touring is covered by our insurer if the rescue takes place within the ski area and is performed by the resort’s ski patrol service.
In case of an accident outside this area, the PGHM (High Mountain Gendarmerie Platoon) usually carries out the rescue.
