Is off-piste skiing covered by the insurance?
Our ski insurance covers off-piste skiing if the rescue is carried out by the resort’s ski patrol.
Off-piste skiing is covered by our insurer if the rescue takes place within the ski area and is performed by the resort’s ski patrol service.
In case of an accident outside this area, the PGHM (High Mountain Gendarmerie Platoon) usually carries out the rescue.
