What happens if the ski resort is closed (fully or partially) on the day I bought my pass?
Do not badge your pass if the resort is closed! Contact us first to avoid any issues.
In case of a full or partial closure of the resort for safety reasons (weather, avalanche, severe conditions, etc.), do not badge your pass at the terminal and contact us directly so we can cancel your purchase.
Sometimes, the pass may be cheaper at the ticket office on the day. In this case, we recommend calling us to cancel your online purchase before buying your pass on-site.
The best option is to wait until the day of skiing to buy your pass. You can purchase it up to 5 minutes before skiing on our website, and don’t forget to check live resort information before buying.
If you badge your pass anyway, you will need to fill out a claim form, and processing may take several weeks, with compensation not guaranteed.
